ORIGIN:
A monster created by the Sisters Of Greysolz (four sisters who cannot agree on anything, yet have been hired by an evil force, and given a kaiju-seed with which to create a kaiju). One of the Sisters (the 'clueless one') makes this monster from the seed, though the others strongly object to the design.
When they argue, the monster 'switches' places with another Sister's design.
