A monster created by the Sisters Of Greysolz (four sisters who cannot agree on anything, yet have been hired by an evil force, and given a kaiju-seed with which to create a kaiju). One of the Sisters (the 'sneaky one') makes this monster from the seed, though the others strongly object to the design.
When they argue, the monster 'switches' places with another Sister's design.

Doomsnare Beams: four lights emit wild and destructive energy beams
Doomsnare Pods: three panels open to fire small 'pods' that land and create deadly energy trap
Doomdrag: links its movements to enemy and drags it wherever it goes
