ORIGIN:
On the planet Naibif, all species compete in a yearly race to determine which one will get to evolve next. The winner gets to choose which type of trait their species gets to acquire. This year, the Nobiri cheated and therefore were punished by having their long, lanky arms reduced to useless mini-flippers.
