ORIGIN:
A miracle paint is discovered that, once used to coat any object or building, turns that object or building into a stunning, futuristic gleaming structure. As the city is quickly transformed into a utopian metropolis, it attracts the wandering kaiju Nargopindex, who has decided the city is finally impressive enough looking that it's worth rampaging through.
