ORIGIN:
A bio-engineered creature that is sent to a planet to held decide how best to terraform it. It is sent as part of a pair with Nemdall ALPHA but the two argue so much about terraforming details that the results are catastrophic.

Sculpting Tendrils: tentacles can carve mountains
Core Regulator: tongue attaches to ground to alter planet's core temperature
