ORIGIN:
An extremely snarky creature that lurks in the shadows of the city, mocking and pranking the populace, in order to increase societal stress. To defeat it, a crack team of smart-alec comedians is sent in to outsnark the beast.

Shadow Self: hides within all the shadows in a city
Darting Slash: tongues extend to whip enemies
Ground Fusion: merges its body with the ground temporarily
