ORIGIN:
A secret ancient clan performed daily rituals to prevent the end of the world, while their modern counterparts lived dangerously on the surface, experimenting with chemicals to alter their own bodies. When a disillusioned surface-dweller accidentally wandered into the underground realm, he fell into a trance from the cult's chanting and went mad. The combination of chemicals and transcendental sound caused him to grow into a tortured beast.
