ORIGIN:
When the planet Febi was hit by a meteor and had its orbit decay, it became dangerously hotter and the inhabitants created the giant Febikon to keep the world cool. After the planet's eventual destruction, Febikon drifted through space, instinctually freezing any planet it landed on.

Planet Freeze: makes a planet frosty cold (very!)
Miracle Armor : think hide cannot be affected by attacks
Frost Vent: spews freezing gas
