ORIGIN:
An interplanetary ambassador is sent to each planet in his solar system to make friendly introductions, but makes bumbling errors each time that result in war. Once his planet is at war with every other one in the solar system, the sneaky Embasska reveals itself. It had been hiding inside the ambassador's mouth the entire time.
ABILITIES:
Mouth-Hide: hides inside victim's mouth, causing them to misspeak horribly
Rubbery Shell: its bouncy body is hard to affect
Faux Paws: psychic attacks that causes victim to think they are being pawed
