A toy inventor, who claims to get his creative ideas directly from a telepathic connection to his pet Bupim, becomes angry that his recent toy designs keep getting rejected due to their inherent danger to children. To get revenge, he builds a mechanical body to house his Bupim and lets it out to cause havoc and destruction.
