The mysterious Cyberizer Energy Wave passes through the galaxy and combines random living creatures with machines. When the wave hits the planet Atrop, a frustrated slow-moving amphibian combines with a three-wheeled motorcycle and is finally able to race fast enough to outrun other creatures.
