A creature bio-engineered by the infamous Council of Corruption, a group that (unsurprisingly) gets routinely recognised as the most corrupt organization in the galaxy. The council sends Karupashiyado to hide in the skies above other civilisations, to shower them with Morality Decay particles, in an attempt to make other societies looks worse than the council.

Morality Decay Particles: claws drop particles that increase systemic corruption in an area
Tail-Flail: whips tail as a deadly weapon
