When a world has very different societies with competing ideologies, the monster Yutopresha arises and walks across the world, comparing the societies. If it finds the differences irreconcilable, the creature will expand its 'roots' into massive tentacles that destroy the world. If the differences are overcome, the creature will instead, evolve itself into a garden of perfection where all can live.
