Someone attempted to place a Universal Governor Device on the entire universe, to restrict infinity into a finite format, but this failed. Unfortunately, the disastrous experiment did cause a number of sub-universes to form, including Universe SubGraviton. Arxus Palleum met his SubGraviton counterpart during a TransReality Philosopher's Convention. SubGraviton Arxus attempted to pervert the prominent philosophers into Illogicreeps, horrible twisted mutations that confounded all reason.
