The planet Raaki has been very fortunate throughout its history to have been protected many times by a staggering variety of super-powered heroes, against threats of kaiju attacks and alien invasions. Unfortunately, the secret to this charmed life has been an unknown energy connection between Raaki and Koass. Everytime that the planet Raaki is saved from a threat, the planet Koass is harmed by the potential effects of that same threat. The danger is, in essence, transferred to Koass, but when a Koass scientist discovers the connection, he creates the monster Kabutairan to attack Raaki out of revenge.
