A proud nation celebrates the anniversary of its founding, but in the kitchen where the festive food is being prepared, a chef is inhabited by the spirit of the long-ago displaced peoples who once lived on the land, prior to the nation's beginning. Under this spell, the chef combines three different creatures that mutate into a monster to attack the festivities.
