Everyone on the planet Yelzi wears a geo-location gadget that allows them to track each other's movements all of the time. Because of this innovation, the Yelzi-Seijin are very proud of the fact they never get lost. However, the monster Bivolgon was traveling through dimensions when it became lost by the interference of the gadget's constant energy pulses, and crashed onto Yelzi, confused and disoriented.
