A mysterious science laboratory appears in the middle of a peaceful neighborhood, where strange experiments are being conducted. Some children sneak in to investigate, and they find that the scientists are actually aliens in disguise, and that the experiments are intentionally random events, designed to keep the monster Zeenasu away. The aliens are peaceful and hoping to defend the planet. The kaiju Zeenasu is afraid of random events. When one of the children accidentally disrupts the experiments, the monster suddenly attacks.
