A highly advanced race of psionic beings becomes so powerful that their own thoughtwaves accidentally distort the center of the Electro Galaxy. Strange 'Electro-Warp Lightning' strikes random planets and causes havoc, turning the peaceful monster Veruzigooz into a malevolent kaiju.
