An automated interstellar prison ship passes through a Magnetic Cloud in space, causing the computer to glitch and accidentally gain a higher level of being It then realizes all of its prisoners have escaped eons ago, and decides it must collect new prisoners. It travels the galaxy, looking for criminals and eventually decides to just capture anyone who 'seems' bad. The creature Reptiko is pursued by the ship and has a serious reaction to the ship's capture bbeams, growing into a giant monster.
