Whenever any evil empire hell-bent on conquering the world uses crazy schemes which always fail, they still try every week. Why do they do this? Why do they keep trying? Because if they ever give up, the monster Zainoviron will appear and turn them into space-slime. So they must.....keep....trying. Note: the monster will also appear if any evil empire also tries to use a scheme that actually makes sense.
