An alien that visits planets and hovers in their skies, swinging its arms to get an 'Atmospheric Workout'. No one knows why the creature does this, but it seems harmless. Once it accidentally (we think) knocked an aircraft out of the sky and that caused the population to attack it.
ABILITIES:
Sky-Boat: cannot be damaged from underneath
Sky Eyes: fires beams from eyes to 'fold' sections of the sky to capture targets
Swinging Arms: there is always a slight chance the arms will hit an aircraft
