Some children discover a cute little creature hiding in an old building and take it around town to show it off. The creature never stops drinking from its cup. When the grumpy Town Boss takes away the cup, the cute little creature grows kaiju-size and stumbles around, accidentally causing damage. (returning the cup finally restores it to normal size)
