A island filled with kaiju is hit by an glowing asteroid which gives all of the monsters super intelligence. As the kaiju become educated, they learn philosophy and science. Turanzubairomo directs the monsters to construct a DynaWave Engine, which is supposedly going to give the island itself space-traveling ability. It was a trick however, and Turanzubairomo uses the device to siphon the intelligence from everyone else and increase her own. She then flies the island over the world, enslaving the population.
ABILITIES:
DynaWave Engine: in center of flying island. If destroyed, Turanzubairomo will revert to animal nature
Slave-Beam: horn emits energy that pacifies and controls the population
Mind-Fury: can move body as fast its her own thoughts when on the island
