A part of the city has been neglected and most have moved away. The authorities are seemingly incapable of finding a way to revitalize the area. A race of aliens known as the Klyon arrive and offer to remove the offending space. They do this by literally removing the space, which condenses the surrounding city together to fill in the 'Non-Existence Hole'. Unfortunately, the process doesn't stop and more and things start condensing. A child runs into the Central Government with a drawing he claims to have found of the monster Geerunprab. He claims the monster was the oldest secret resident of the bad area and managed to survive by turning into this drawing. If enough people believe the monster is real, it will return alive and help save the condensing planet. No one wants to believe in a monster, so the planet condenses into a pebble. All that is left, is the tiny pebble on a beach filled with pebbles, and a child's drawing on the sand, ready to be swept away by the tide.......
