When a space probe captures images from a far away planet and the alien inhabitants, the probe returns but crashes into the sea. Years later it is salvaged, and a photo of an alien comes to life. Eigaru-Seijin still has the appearance of an old image, worn with time, and sets about killing the scientists who were involved in the space probe project as revenge.

Nitrate Beam: fires energy from its eye with burns targets with a white flame
Size Change: can grow to kaiju-size
Armor Claws: can merge two claws into a large shield that blocks attacks
