In its own dimension, time is very precise and measured intuitively by all particles of matter and manifests as actual Chrononodes at the atomic level. Because of this, everything in the dimension is alive and aware of the current time.
After its ejection, Kengyapa is confused because there is no consistent time-measurement reality amd it wanders around, not knowing the time
ABILITIES:
Chrononode Regulator: like anything from its own dimension, it is normally aware of the exact time
Form Sludgeball: small legs gather sludge and form a giant ball
Laser Knife: head crest becomes energized and emits a wide beam
