ORIGIN:
A mischevious being that likes to 'exchange' the places of planets with other planets. Rando does this for mostly aesthetic reasons but sometimes just because he woke up suddenly and felt fickle.
ABILITIES:
Switch Beam: weapon fires beam that exchanges planet's galactic positions
UFOldup: retreats part-way into saucer to avoid attacks
Ginga-Spear: dives fast and uses weapon to pierce enemies
