A monster that drags along a wheeled tank attached to its tail, which contains all of the genetic material necessary to create a more evolved version of itself. The point being that the monster would be 'reborn' as an upgraded form if it died. Unfortunately, some evildoers figured this out and intentionally destroyed just the tank, which causes the evolved form to be born, while the original still lived. The evildoers kept blowing up each version's tank, to keep creating the more evolved ones without killing the previous ones, resulting in a neverending army of monsters.

Genetic Tank: contains the material needed to spawn a more evolved version
Dragon Clap: claps hands to cause sonic damage
Dragon Charge: long horns on back of head swing forward to emit electricity
