The exiled Clan of Baszur has traveled the oceans of the world for so long that the members have biologically merged with various forms of sealife and also become completely dependent on aquatic environments. When the planet gets warmer, the ice melts and the oceans rise, drowning the land-based nations. The last of the land creatures, the enigmatic Edasparc, defends its small island against the Clan's (and the oceans') final attacks by growing kaiju-size.
