Delicious Gumplings are a very popular sweet treat. A superfan decides to find out where they are made, and lands in the forests of planet Neefit. His crew are mysteriously killed off one-by-one, as they prowl the forest. Finally, he discovers the monster Ganfryne, who has been sending mental probe pods across the galaxy (which are, in fact, the Delicious Gumplings) to become ingested by possible hosts for its next reincarnation cycle.
