A super scientific team of monster-investigators (ASSTMI) tracks down the monster Duramma, who has been rampaging across the countryside. The team members do not work very well together and argue all of the time. Unknown to them, the kaiju gains more power from the constant bickering. It enters a major city, and as the people fight to reach safe locations, the monster feeds on that mass bickering energy to become even stronger.
