A scientist, a philosopher and an artist lock themselves in a biodome and task themselves with discovering the secret to immortality. As the years go by, they find themselves so bored and stuck in the same cycles of debate so much, every day starts to feel the same. Eventually, they believe they have reached true immortality as time seems to have stopped for them. They fear leaving the biodome as time might 'catch up to them'. Suddenly, the dome is disrupted and the military breaks in. It turns out that the dome had morphed into a monster using its power of timelessness and was threatening all of creation.
