The Garse-Seijin developed to the point where they were evenly split between three very incompatible political factions. Violence between the factions kept their society from evolving properly, so a secret council decided to perform an experiment, creating a genetic mutation that believed in all three political viewpoints equally. This creature grew to kaiju size and was completely tortured and enlightened at the same time.
