An ambitious student sets out to create a machine that can do ANYTHING. Although, he seems very successful, a tricky alien challenges him by asking if the machine can dream. The student works to create a special crystal that will give the machine that ability, but the machine refuses to accept it, explaining that it does not want to be able to dream, due to the inevitability of unfulfilled dreams. When the crystal is inserted anyway, the machine dreams itself into the monster Okiyog.
