A child carries her favourite toy doll everywhere, then accidentally wanders into an experimental hyper-electric field generator being tested by the military. The doll mutates into a giant monster and attacks. The military commanders are very happy that fighting the monster now gives them justification for spending all that money on a normally pointless project.
