The Ooba-Grand Calamity Circuit opens an access portal above the heavily populated planet of Chendella, and sends kaiju Anigima to invade. The OGCC is a super powerful cosmic computer system, powered by stellar matter (it burns up stars as it performs its computations) and has developed a glitch where it creates giant monsters on a regular basis.
