A powerful overlord ruled a planet he wished to gift to his newborn son. He built a monster made of clay that would serve to protect the planet from invaders, to assist his son's expected rulership. However, the natives of the planet rebelled and exiled the overlord. The natives buried the monster deep underground and forgot about it. The child was born in deep space, alone. Many years later, the child, now grown, is drawn the planet and tries to make peace with the natives (not knowing his father's legacy). He lives in a castle and becomes well-liked. The monster arises, thinking the son is an invader to the planet, and attacks the castle...
