ORIGIN:
A secret organisation that controls the world discovers that there is another secret organisation that controls the world, and they must determine who really controls who. Their competition affects the world and causes great damage. Eventually a mysterious monster Sibaraida appears and confuses both groups. In the end, they learn that Sibaraida was summoned by the world itself, which refuss to be controlled by anyone.
