A trio of world-famous thieves plan an elaborate heist to steal a legendary jewel. Every detail has been worked out to perfection. Well, except for one detail. Because of the cunning work of the Transvorpal Intelligence Unit, the building that was the museum had been replaced, using transvorpal technology, with a very similar building: the Monster Storage Facility. Because of this, the thieves accidentally free the kaiju Melgiosk.
