The sinister Goons-Seijin had reportedly left their homeworld to destroy another planet in the Kordi System. When the Sun Constables investigated, they found the entire Goons-Seijin race were still on their home planet, living peacefully , seemingly never have left to cause havoc. Confused, the Constables closed the case, but one stubborn Constable remained undercover. She found that the entire race of Goons were just holograms, created by the monster Guressenmaru, while the real Goons had in fact, left to do the crime. The kaiju had been hired to create an alibi for the evildoers.
