The grumpy court astrologer who became infuriated when his predictions kept turning out to be backwards. In frustration, he turned into a kaiju and attacked the city. What he did not know was that his predictions were being manipulated by The Tricky Stars, a mischievous constellation of stars that enjoy playing jokes on planet-dwellers.
