On the planet Tytafaiz, where the inhabitants survive by ingesting the nutrients in the atmosphere itself, the shifting weather can have serious effects, both positive and negative. The monster Handamaroo arrives from space to uses its giant fan power to control the planet's entire weather, theatening all life. In it's kaiju brain, Handamaroo is not evil, but a gourmet chef who wants to prepare the ultimate Life Soup.
