A race of sinister aliens that specializes in manipulating the secret plans of other races of sinister aliens. They have converted their homeworld, Pleomb, into a Stealth Planet and can fire a Galaxy Kaiju Beam from the planet's titanic cannon on its north pole, to shoot otehr planets and create new kaiju on them. If discovered, a Pleomb will automatically (unwillingly) grow to kaiju-size and go on a rampage.
ABILITIES:
Kaiju Screen: cannot be seen by other kaiju
Dark Flight: transorms into inky dark version that slips away to escape
Sinister Beam: eye fires beam that targets an opponent's ability to do a finishing move
