To help the universe be more efficient, mysterious powers created this cosmic object that could record messages about anything bad that happens anywhere in time and space, and play them back in hopes someone can help.
ABILITIES:
Cosmic Record: records messages about anythng bad happening in time and space
Cosmic Playback: plays those messages back (in order) to anyone that will listen
Cosmic Message: delivers special, very polite message to anyone who tries to call for help
