Archaeologists uncover a strange clay figure and it becomes placed on a museum shelf. Whenever small children walk by the display, the object sends telepathic signals to convince the children to set it free. One night, a band of children break into the museum and rescue the object, which then becomes alive. Omnipal plays with th4e children in mysterious dark playground dimension. To rescue the children, the parents build high-tech armor battlesuits and invade the dimension.
