A medical testing program creates a virus that infects people and make them immune to all diseases.
This 'Angel Virus' results in a special segment of the population who are super healthy and strong. To study them properly, the 'Angels' are relocated to a special domed city. When an army of anti-Angels attack the city, the monster Klovna is formed from the virus itself to defend the Angels.
