ORIGIN:
A small mountain village has an annual traditional festival, honoring the blessings of good weather. The monster Elbret watches from a distance every year and also appreciates the fortune of good weather the mountains enjoy. One year the festival is cancelled when the villagers become addicted to a new portable computer technology. Seeing that deadly weather is about to occur, Elbret tries to warn the villagers, but they can't even notice him. Elbret then howls to the heavens until the Weather God itself appears. To appease the Weather God, Elbret is forced to act like the kaiju he is supposed to be.

Fright Hood: if removes special hood, ugliness causes widespread destruction
