From the planet Zeam, an old giant war robot awakens, centuries after all wars have ended.
It volunteers to be converted into a helpful member of society, a security robot for a new amusement park. A Clown Monster tries to cause havoc in the amusement park, but Kelbin fights it. Sadly, the monster sneaks into Kelbin and merges with its circuitry to turn the robot into its formr self: a deadly machine. Kelbin rampages and think it is fighting the old war.
