When the Gookel-Seijin die, they perceive a tunnel of bright white light within their last few seconds of life. Little do they know that these are tunnels formed by the monster Gelement, who is always trying to enter reality. When a massive war kills many at once, Gelement succeeds in using the thousands of tunnels to enter reality. The beast, now real, will do anything to stay real, and can only be hurt if 10,000 people don't believe in it at the same time.
